Each win will reward the player with a certain amount of points, based on the following formula: amount won / amount wagered (for example, if you wagered 1 EUR and won
10 EUR, you will be rewarded with 10 points). The more points a player collects, the higher the player’s position is on the tournament leaderboard, which shall include all
players from the platforms participating in each tournament (the “Leaderboard”). The number of winning players sharing the prize pool in each round shall be specified in the
tournament tool.
- The Spinoleague is divided into four ‘seasons’, and each season includes 4 tournaments for a total of 16 separate tournaments throughout the Spinoleague, with each tournament comprising of several rounds and one final “Super Round”.
- During Super Rounds, each point earned by the player will be multiplied by 2.
- 10% of the players’ score during each round of a tournament will be collected as credit and shall be added to the players’ Super Round score of that tournament.
- Each player’s rank in the Leaderboard for each round will appear once they reach the qualifying score, which is displayed on the tournament tool. At the end of each round,
the Leaderboard will reset. - Players will have the possibility to multiply their share of the prize pool by ten (10X) by reaching the score threshold detailed in the tournament tool which is set for each round in each of the various tournaments throughout the Spinoleague.
- Every round of each tournament (including the Super Round) offers its own prize pool, with an aggregate max prize pool of 10,000,000 EUR throughout the entire Spinoleague, as further described in these Terms.
- The Spinoleague tournaments are available during real-money play only.
- Minimum qualifying bet per spin to participate in each of the tournaments is 0.2 EUR (“Minimum Qualifying Bet”). If the Minimum Qualifying Bet is not available on one of
the participating games, the closest higher bet amount possible shall constitute as the Minimum Qualifying Bet for that game. - No additional deposits or costs by players are required to participate in the Spinoleague.
- By pressing the “OK” button in the tournament pop-up presented to players, each player agrees to these Terms, the rules presented to the player within the tournament tool, and to all other tournament terms and conditions set by the operator hosting the Spinoleague.
- Participating operators shall be solely responsible for any and all claims players might have in connection with the Spinoleague, including but not limited to the payment of the pool prizes within 72 hours from acceptance of the results of each tournament sent by Spinomenal excluding any applicable bank holidays.
- All material prizes may be paid in a money equivalent.
- Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
- Each player participating in one of the tournaments will receive a unique tournament round ID for the Leaderboard, per each currency that player plays with. Changing the
currency during the duration of the Spinoleague may reset the player’s progress on the Leaderboard. - If two or more players have the same number of points at the end of each round, the player who reached the points first will be ranked higher.
- Prizes for players playing the games with Cryptocurrencies will be displayed in EUR. Participating operators will disburse prizes in accordance with their payment terms.
- Only finished spins will qualify for the Leaderboard.
- Wins from free spins awarded to the player by the participating operator will not qualify in the Spinoleague towards placement on the Leaderboards.
- During the Spinoleague, players may be offered to play all or some of the participating games as part of various promotional efforts made available from time to time in
accordance with the terms of such efforts. By participating in such efforts, players may be rewarded with additional points. - The rules, terms, and conditions of the Spinoleague are subject to all applicable laws and can be changed at any time upon prior written notice to players participating in the
Spinoleague. Players’ continued participation in the Spinoleague following such notice shall constitute as acceptance of such changes. - Spinomenal’s entire portfolio of slot games will participate in the Spinoleague, except for 1 Reel games and the following: Spinning Lights, 4 Horsemen, Snegurochka, Ded Moroz, Parrots Rock, 40 Lucky Fruits, Kitsune’s Scrolls Expanded Edition, African Rampage, 88 Fortune Cats, 100 Lucky Chilies, Story Of Hercules 15 Lines, Majestic King Expanded Edition, Demi Gods II – Expanded Edition, Origins Of Lilith Expanded Edition, Nights Of Egypt Expanded Edition, Nights Of Magic Expanded Edition, Majestic Winter Expanded Edition, Nights Of Magic, Story Of Hercules Expanded Edition. The availability of the games shall depend on the players’ jurisdiction and the operator’s discretion.
- Spinomenal reserves the right to amend or suspend the Spinoleague or any one of the individual tournaments at any time for an indefinite period of time. Any such amendment or suspension shall not affect players that have opted-in, unless the amendment or suspension is required to manage/prevent fraud or other unlawful behavior.
- If Spinomenal decides to cancel any of the individuals’ tournaments included in the Spinoleague, then the status of the Leaderboard on the date of cancelation of the
tournament shall determine the winners of that tournament. - In case of discrepancy between the interpretation of the English version of these Terms and any other version or iterations of these Terms because of difference in translation, the English version shall prevail.
- In case of any discrepancy between these Terms and the rules presented to the player within the tournament tool, the latter rules shall prevail.
